How Educational Leaders Can Use Blogs

Since blogs are basically online journals, a blog is a great place to do some critical reflection. At the end of the day, one should reflect on what went well and what didn't. Professionals should collaborate to enhance their own practice and the profession as a whole. When reflective practitioners subscribe to one another's blogs, then we can gain insights from one another. We extend our community of practice outside of the confines of our real-world workplace. As we individually reflect and collaborate, we and our profession become better.
